My husband and I are legal and finance professionals, and we recently relocated to the Bay Area from NYC. We had met several real estate agents, but they all seemed a bit impersonal and transactional. We had decided to rent for a year before looking for a house in Silicon Valley. As luck would have it, we met Wilma at a house showing and she totally changed things for us. Unlike other agents, Wilma was personal, genuine and such a good-hearted person. She was so generous and helpful, even though we weren't looking to buy when we met her. After meeting Wilma, we completely shifted gears and decided explore the real estate market with her help.

We found that as wonderful as Wilma is personally, she is also on top of her game professionally. She's extremely experienced and had worked for Coldwell Banker for many years. She was focused on our needs and always came prepared with stats on every house viewing. Wilma was very organized, dependable and strategic. We worked closely with Wilma on a weekly-basis for almost 4 months, and she has never let us down.

Wilma didn't just want to find a home for us, but it had to be the *right* home. For example, we made an offer on a brand-new home and were in contract with a contingency. During the contingency period, Wilma went above-and-beyond to diligence and correct a typo discrepancy in the county records. In doing so, Wilma somehow uncovered that the Seller had failed to make a material disclosure that could affect our valuation. Wilma immediately informed us (and she chastised the developer who eventually disclosed the material fact on MLS). We renegotiated the terms, but decided to cancel in the end. We are so grateful for Wilma's dedication, diligence and honesty. If it wasn't for Wilma, we would have closed on this house and ended up in litigation with the Seller!

A couple months later, we eventually found the right house for our family. Unfortunately, it was a highly competitive sellers' market and 200+ people had come to the open house. The Seller received 14 bids, including ours and an all-cash offer. Amazingly, we won the bid! Wilma is truly a miracle-worker. Without Wilma's help, there is no way would could have competed against the all-cash offer.

We absolutely love our new home. It's just perfect for our young family. In few years, our kids will need a bigger home so we'll definitely be reaching out to Wilma again. It's not easy to find someone like Wilma -- a person who is truly cares about her clients and can achieve incredible results! Wilma exceeded all our expectations and has become our trusted friend.
